Order processing time 

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order.

Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it and you will be kept informed about the order making process.

 Receipt date = shipment date + delivery time

The shipping time depends on the availability of products and the selected payment method.

Product availability

A deadline given next to each product indicates when the products can be sent by us - from several days to sometimes even one-two weeks (in case the product is made on request). We do our best to ensure that the offer presented on the site corresponds to the actual stock, but it may happen that the actual delivery time will be longer - we will inform you about this immediately.

If you order more than one product, the shipping time for the whole order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. You can complete the order in stages - to do this, please contact us or write an appropriate note in the comments to the order.

Payment method

PayPal - Electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way of order fulfillment. During business hours, the funds will usually be transferred to our account immediately.

Payment by bank transfer - the order processing time depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, it usually takes up to two business days.

Delivery method

 An international courier company - fast and reliable - delivery time depends on the work of couriers in a given country. 

Delivery by Post - traditional - it usually takes little longer, about a week or two in the EU, in countries outside the European Union the delivery time depends on the country and requires prior confirmation. Delivery time to other countries outside the European Union needs to be confirmed after placing the order.
