How to order

Step 1 - Product Selection

• View the list of categories or use the search engine to find the right product
• Next to each product you will find detailed information about it.
• Remember that registered customers can keep the saved products in the storeroom,
• After finding the product you are interested in, choose the size and add it to the shopping cart,

This is very important! Use the measuring tape to carefully compare the dimensions of the product with the size of your pet, it's better to double check than to order a pet bed of a too small size!

• If you are finished completing your order - proceed to the shopping cart.

Step 2 - Shopping cart

• In the shopping cart you will see exactly which products you have selected and in what quantity,
• change the value in the quantity column and click on "recalculate" to adjust your order,
• by clicking on the minus icon you will remove products from your shopping cart,
• choose the form of delivery and payment that is most appropriate for you,
• if you have a discount coupon, enter it below to get a discount,
• confirm your product selection by clicking the "Order" button.

Step 3 - Placing an order

• If you already have an account, enter your login details and click on "log in",
• If you do not have an account, select the "register" option or skip setting up an account by clicking on "place an order"; remember that registration will allow you to enjoy many privileges, including:

- viewing your order status and purchase history,

- no need to re-enter data for following purchases,

- the possibility of receiving individual discounts and promotional coupons.

• enter your name and contact information,
• to have your order shipped to a different address, select "different shipping address" and enter the relevant data,
• if you need a VAT invoice for your purchases, mark "company" and enter your company details in the appropriate field
• any additional information about the order should be placed in the "comments" field
• after clicking on "Summary" you will see all the information you provided,
• clicking on the "Place an order" button means the purchase confirmation,
• you will receive an email confirming your order. 

Remember that registered customers can conveniently track the status of their orders in their account.
